I was interested in siding replacement on my house and trying to make the decision where to just replace the damaged sections or replace the entire house. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was willing to take his time explaining all aspects of what it would take to get the project completed. He took his time and did not rush me in any way. James was very professional and kind during our conversation. I was quoted a price and James took the time to look at several different color combinations. I would highly recommend Southern Exteriors to anyone wanting to do exterior upgrades to their house. The folks there were, without a doubt, focused on quality work and service. We couldn't have asked for or have gotten better workmanship and service than this. We had Hardy Board installed on our house after 40 years of T-111 siding. Patrick, the sales rep, although he had only been with the company for a few months, knew the products the company offers very well. Not only this, he offered a variety of options and made sound recommendations in the decision making process. This was true with the siding as well as the gutters we have ordered. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. Tim, our project manager, is beyond compare. . . always responsive to any questions and concerns we had throughout the process. He himself repaired some inside wall board damage caused by the outside pounding of the installers (expected), perfectly matched the paint and did a beautiful job. He addressed with promptness any concerns we had both through email and his visits to our home to check on progress. Throughout this upgrading project we felt as though we were his only custoners and NEVER felt neglected! Thanks Tim!! At my request, Tim also recommended a painting company that was phenomenal. Again attention was given to quality of materials. workmanship and customer service. All caulking, priming and painting was done like clockwork as though they knew each others movement. It was estimated that the painting process would take 5-6 days. It was completed in 2 days and done well. The paint supervisor was also always accessible, checking on progress and addressing every concern we had. Remodeling is stressful! Southern Exteriors and its employees made this project stress-free and easy by their obvious competence and caring customer service. A BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE THIS HAPPEN! We're very satisfied!

We had the original cedar siding replaced on our house (1960 Ranch). The original cedar shakes were 17" with a 14" reveal and we wanted to go with fiber cement board in the widest possible plank format. Our sales person and project manager let us know about the James Hardie, Cedar Mill, siding in the 12" format with a 10 ¾" reveal. It was exactly what we were looking for. This particular format enabled us to maintain as much of the period look as possible. Along with re-flashing the window frames and also painting, the project could not have turned out any better. We have already had many of our friends and neighbors ask about who did the work and what kind of siding we chose... and we're happy to let them know about Southern Exteriors. In particular, our project manager, who was also the sales person we worked with, went above and beyond in his efforts to both accurately quote the project and also have it finish as close to the forecasted time as was reasonable. He was the only person from the three companies we approached for quotes to spend time in our crawlspace and attic, and was the only person to actually removed original shingles to confirm what lay beneath. As you will see in the pictures, the end product was worth the money.

They were the only contractors from the original build who stepped up and took care of it. Nathan, their warranty guy, gave me the best customer service I've ever had—he was professional, helpful, and really cared. This company by far goes above and beyond more than any other contracting firm I’ve done business with. I’m renovating my family home that has not seen major repair work since 2001 when it was built. Just had the windows redone and Anthony walked me through the whole renovation and corrected all the flaws I was not happy with. On top of that they installed 25 non standard sized windows/ 6 ft sliding door and 3 architectural windows in a span of less than 8 hours. The crew were clean, respectful of the home and efficient. I also like the fact that they stand by their installation with a 50 year warranty. And the best part: I didn’t have to pay for anything till I was fully satisfied with the install!!! I can’t say enough good things about them. Definitely recommend. They did such a good job on my windows I’m having them do my roof as well.

I had a freak incident where the lawn company crashed into my new home I purchased and left a hole in my exterior wall (the lawn employee was ok). Brayden's team came and made my home whole! Replaced siding and also painted to ensure my home would not look as if work had been done and made it even. The pricing was reasonable and work wasn't long. I also trusted them also because they were featured on the James Hardie site (major bonus) and were one of the few companies with real reviews regarding their work. Definitely go with them! Several panels had to be removed to ensure everything was ok and confirm the integrity of my home structure. Here's the hole they fixed from the freak incident and the after math!
